By the way I am of the belief, and have been for about 3 weeks, that the trial judge in Nevada wants the DECN case to go away. If the judge denies J&J their SJ Motion, J&J has no ability to appeal and he's stuck with the case for the duration. If the judge grants J&J their SJ Motion then DECN will appeal to the Federal Circuit court in Wash. DC where DECN has not only done very well, but the current case is the flip side of the previous case and is familiar to Judge Dyk (the glucose test stip technology expert on the judge panel). Then the trial judge gets rebuked, probably big time, because there are multiple facts at issue, and the trial judge has to resign the DECN case or worse (for him) he's stuck with it.

I am thinking that right now no news is good news. Now let's wait and see how soon that penny stock trader who can actually write in understandable English, comes on to the iHub board and trashes any optimism.
