Companies need to complete a 1 year audit (versus the 2 year audit required for SEC registration) and have a minimum bid price of $0.01.

Combined with the OTCQB Visibility Program, our Blue Sky initiatives are allowing retail brokers to make stock recommendations and distribute research on OTCQB securities.
