conspirator is in there. You don't have to say the word collusion to prove collusion.
Saying things like:
"their scheme to hijack the Company"
"through various tactics and false promises, successfully organized a coup of MYDX"
"a network of b*shers and fraudsters"
"ringleader of a group of business operators and bloggers"
"Plaintiffs are informed and believe and thereon allege that, at all relevant times, each of the defendants, whether named or fictitious, were the agents or employees of each of the other defendants, and in doing the things alleged to have been done in the complaint, acted within the scope of such agency or employment, or ratified the acts of the other."
Spells out the collusion accusation just fine. That's the beauty of our language.. so many ways to say the same thing.
