It is shameful to disparage the SEC in the way a certain poster does. Accusing them of "looking the other way when it suits them" and "they are captured". The men and women of the SEC guard your markets while you sleep. It takes some gall to say such nasty things about them. They are true patriots! The truest!

Re: Drano #45273
That's quite an unfounded accusation. The people at the SEC are very hard working and stretched very thin. They have to combat some of the richest and vilest groups on Wall Street with a shoestring budget. Without their hard work and sacrifice, our markets would be the Wild West.

Re: Trading Pro Broker #43674
The SEC, like IPIX, has a very limited budget and would do so much more if they could. They are working triage and can't address everything.
Honestly TPB, the whole FTD thing is a bit opaque to me. I'm not sure anyone has a great handle on exactly how this works on this board. Sox and Alan seem to have the topic covered sufficiently. I just have faith that once we get some blowout Prurisol results or a deal of some kind we will shake loose all the crap on our boots. Looking forward to the days when we're talking about trials, revenue and mergers rather than all this petty BS that really has nothing to do with what IPIX is about.

I just want to set the record straight once and for all so that we can all move on to talking about our ipix investment. I am only me. Not anyone else. Certainly not phetven or however you spell his name. Truth is, phetmeister is much more learned than I.

I control at least 5 usernames that I'm willing to admit. Maybe more that I won't admit.
