A company/management team is either transparent and follows through on their public statements or it isn't.
Can't have it both ways and in my opinion they set shareholders up BIG TIME to take it on the chin with their lack of follow through.
As a shareholder, a significant one I might add, of a PUBLIC COMPANY, I have the right to voice my displeasure with how management is doing their job.
