Willy, you are the unprofessional and dishonest player here. You are also a liar. But that's besides the point. What matters is that the company took your candidacy seriously. Most people do not volunteer to be an unpaid director, so they took it upon themselves to investigate.
And you know what they found in their investigations:
1. You are singularly unqualified. You have never been on a public company board of directors. You have never worked in the healthcare industry. You know nothing about medical devices. You have never previously been an officer of a public company. Your higher education is lacking -- greatly. And, you have no contacts with any big box pharmacy chain, except perhaps as a consumer. So what COULD you add to the BOD and the company except insults, innuendo and an overall bad attitude -- everything in your bag of nastiness based on the share price.
2. Your letter of introduction focused on yourself. Bad, bad, bad. Directors should be humble.
3. Your offer was arrogant in that you used your proposed candidacy in an effort to demean Mr. Berman and the BOD, with a hidden agenda to allow you to manipulate the stock --- it was clear you didn't want to help the company and its shareholders, you were only interested in helping yourself.
4. Your candidacy corresponded with an on-line posting as billdecn and then billdecn's other posting name AC143, claiming that your first act on the BOD would be to remove Mr. Berman as CEO, replacing him (probably) with yourself, but allowing Mr. Berman to continue product development. How did that plan work out for you?
The BOD came to the same conclusion that I did, that is who the f**k are you, you arrogant SOB. What I would have done Willy, was to hire a securities counsel to bring a case with the SEC Enforcement against you for stock manipulation, self-dealing and running an illegal proxy. Perhaps Mr. Berman has done this.
When the BOD turned your candidacy down, you went berserk and claimed that YOU were no longer interested in being on the BOD and acting as CEO. LOLOLOLOL
