QTMM Status On The Pink Sheets

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. It's been a while, since I've posted on the board.
I was curious if anyone was able to place a trade to purchase QTMM shares in their brokerage account. I recently tried to buy some shares online through Fidelity & was told by Fidelity that because Quantum is trading on the pink sheets that they would not recognize the stock & hence I was unable to place a trade. They said that this was for "investor protection."
Has anyone experienced this problem with Fidelity & other brokerage houses?
This could explain why there is such low trading volume on the stock.
I hope the company files their 10-K soon, so they can go back to the OTC, & we won't experience this issue anymore.
