Quick Update:
Been taking the water soluble now for about a month, my wife says I snore every night and its loud, it's been going on for years. I know my breathing has been better after taking this product for a few weeks. I asked my wife if I still snore and that was this past Thursday. She told me the next morning I didn't snore. I asked how I did last night and she said I didn't snore last night either. I know its only been two days, so I will keep the board posted.
