they pay the rent to Stewart. It’s a fraction of the jfk rent. Very inexpensive. I think jfk was $35k/mo. and this is less than $3k or something like that. I didn’t take pics because I was more curious just to see for myself than be a tourist. Next time I may take a few if I go up again to get a more thorough tour but I prefer to wait for planes. I asked Tony if he would post pics on website and he told me they are working on that. The offices are pretty nice and the parking lot they use was just redone. Looks amazing. I mentioned that I heard the airline industry is booming. He told me that airline travel will double from here in the next few years. I can’t remember what year he said but It was in the 2020s. That is mind boggling. The only other thing he could answer was that the Stewart relationship is still solid. Everything else was just general so I didn’t want to pry too much. He politely told me from the beginning he was keeping quiet re: timelines and details but would be happy to show me around.
