Why does it matter what is said on liehub? Its all negative NTEK all the time anyway. Whether its true negative or false negative, I cant see anything being said on there as being relevant to the real world anyway. If an investor reads that board, they are not investing in NTEK no matter what. Cant really see how it matters one way or the other.
The more I hear this 45 days, the more I really question everything. On the CC, they announced some funds would be released right away and some over the rest of the 45 days. Why arent we hearing what was done with the initial funds? And yes Atlas, I distinctly remember them saying the lawsuit would be paid off that week and the CE would possibly be removed by the next Friday. They said they were not worried about the other two small lawsuits and those would be paid accordingly.
I realize I am taking devil's advocate pretty far and again I cannot stress enough how much I hope to be proven wrong. This may sound crazy but do we know DF is working? Do we know he is in this country? Has anyone heard from him in 5 weeks? This is getting to be insanity really. How can person running a company in its most critical time be completely non existent and let shareholders twist in the wind? So okay.....give it 45 days but what do we do then when we get no communication and the PPS is well under a penny at that time? If DF posted something as simple as, "updates coming soon" I would feel 10 times better than I do now. Someone please tell me they have had some communication with him in last 5 weeks.
