i might have missed it. i was on the CC and heard what david said. this stickie accurately tells the story:
"Funding from $21M Bridgeport financing will commence this month.
-straight loan with 2 year pay back term
-all funding should be in place over next 2 months, again with first half in place January 2018"

it's may 4 now. moreover, if any of the funding dig come in, the first order of business was to exstinquish the long side venture lawsuit and as of today at 7p est, it has not been discharged per the filings on the broward site.
again, i admit that maybe i missed it, but i see nothing that pins a may 15 date as a deadline for any funding to be closed. if anything, the above clearly states 10+ million would be in place by end of january.
edit: the march 13 share letter further clarifies end of quarter would be closed. that was over one month ago.
i agree with others who've stated that something isn't right and frustration over the lack of clarity about funding, lawsuits, or heck even clarity on the correct office phone number and location is frustrating.
no way no how imo a company operating this way has any chance of competing with the big players in streaming.
foley needs to come forth and clarify the above and many other issues presented here by other investors
