Mr. Bell might want to do a true deep-dive review of the case to understand that SecureAuth and the District court neglected to include even ONE REASON in the final ruling for early dismissal other than Alice 35/101. He is probably fighting for the Circuit court to not rule immediately in SFOR's favor and send it back to District court where this time the case would be truly reviewed and buy SA time before the court rule's that SFOR patents are rock solid.
SecureAuth was a big victory for Knobbe Martins? Why are they bailing out now???? Hmmmmm.
Ropes & Gray is already holding SecureAuth by the throat. Mr. Bell, watch out!!
