Medican has acquired equity stakes in many different companies over the last few months in an attempt to enhance shareholder value. It holds more assets at present than in any time in its corporate history.

Medican owns a stake in Axilogy Consulting Corporation, RBA Pharma Inc., Biodynamic Hemp LLC, Medmorized LLC as well as convertible notes in Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC). Going forward, we will make one or two more acquisitions to round out our portfolio then focus on incubating and nurturing our holdings.
We have now full control of our previous website, (http://medicaninc.com), as well as of our Twitter account (@medicaninc). We received this by utilizing a court order from a lawsuit filed against Mobiweb.
Our share structure consists of both common shares and preferred shares. There are 5,536,941,030 common shares issued and outstanding. The authorized common share amount stands at 30 billion. We have no intention of performing a reverse split in the foreseeable future.
With respect to our preferred shares, there are 5 million authorized, issued and outstanding. I own 3 million of these. Please read the designation in our SEC filings. They have voting and conversion rights of 10,000:1. These shares were issued on advice from the consultant, Paul Khan, to provide me with a control block with which to make decisions to favor the corporation as opposed to other stakeholders who put their self interests above all else. I have not sold any shares and my total compensation since launching Medican has been under $20,000.
We may be moving our corporate offices pursuant to a joint venture to one of our partner’s location. We will then also be acquiring an equity stake in one of the joint venture partners that is focused on CBD’s for pets.
Some shareholders have lost significant money on our stock that had a meteoric rise then fall. Please note, I will not rest until I recoup some of the losses for these shareholders.
