Trades have never been unavailable - to me - for that long on Fidelity. A small delay could be very good as it could build pent up demand for HEXA shares. A delay would give buyers time to get more dry powder, but, it could also cause a few impatient traders to take their money elsewhere. FUGM Go HEXA
