Strongly agree. "Except the few on whoever's payroll" IMHO their paymaster is the Russian GRU. Although they may not realize it. The GRU does not want to lose the goldmine of tactical intel they are currently mining from our troops' unprotected I-Phones. Once the ARMY/InfoReliance/Intel contract (thanks RDY2ROCK) delivers our "zero day" defense (see under capabilities section) that goldmine is closed for good!
