2 MAJOR issues - by not meeting their reporting standards, they not only expose them and us to unnecessary regulatory risk, but also establish a greater reputation as a company that cannot or would choose not to get the basics done. If I were lending them money, this is a credibility issue with me
Second - the lack of communication is atrocious - regardless of what they have and do not have to communicate. Public communication serves a level of huge importance in holding Tony accountable to the investment community. Sure - there are no true standards, but then again - who is holding Tony accountable.
Who on the BOD is an independent outsider with backbone to ensure what is being done or not done is in the best interests of us? There in lies the problem... we do not need just Tony to step up, we need everyone to step up...
