I would assume RC is aware of what the processor can process, and if it needs 50%+ Htf to run best, then I am sure he has taken that into account.
I would assume that he has been extra careful in understanding what the processor is capable off, considering the failed venture with Agylix
I thought the MA was written in great details, which to me looks like a lot of time has been put into it.
The deal is quite good for RC and his group, so that they only have to pay$1.5 mil upfront to have two fully installd processors, which they can then use to generate revenue to pay off the remaining $2.5 mil.
These are the reasons I still have some hope the deal might still happen.
I agree that the company has made many mistakes and far from being honest and upfront at times.
It all comes down to RC and his group at this point, if the deal gets done we will have a chance of survival, if not then I don't see much chance for PTOI.
