Hey Mattie, are you suggesting Berman has over 23 years of experience perfecting what he and his cronies settled on (of course, not admitting any "wrongdoing"
in the Class Action taken against them?
Puts a little perspective on all the DECN relationships and "deals" that went south always because of the "other party" or those "nasty" shareholders.
I expect Berman to "bail" on the company as soon as he either sees JnJ settlement is not worth it to him (if at all) OR he can squirrel enough for himself and the inner click by virtue of the two person inbreed BOD.
