Trump has basically been cleared of all accusations. He's going to have to explain to Melania why he paid off a porn star . . . . . but the courts are not going to care about that. They are going to care about whether or not he actually broke the law. As it turns out, he did not.
Trolls are saying the payoff to Stormy was done with campaign money, and since this was not reported as a campaign expense, Trump is toast. Evidently however, that is not the case, Trump did indeed pay the lawyer back for paying Stormy, but he did it out of pocket, with money that never went into the campaign fund. Trolls are calling this an undeclared campaign contribution, but evidently it is not, because the money trail was done correctly.
Giuliani got on Fox and tore Comey up. He made it clear Comey could not be trusted, while avoiding saying Comey is a bad man. But he also said Comey would get ripped apart in court, because he's far too dirty and guilty of too much. He also said a lot was investigated in regard to Trump, but the only violations found were those committed by the people investigating Trump.
This is all beginning to look like Trump is going to arrive the victor in everything except pillow talk with Melania. The Democrats may try to impeach him, but any effort is likely to fail. More importantly, Trump recently said that with regard to him getting messed with in phony investigations and false accusations, that he has powers awarded the president that he has not used yet. WHAT would those powers be? ANSWER: To fire EVERYONE. To disband the FBI, and even the CIA. He can pen stroke them out of existence and congress would be powerless to stop it because they live via executive order. The CIA was created outright via executive order, and the FBI got most of it's powers via executive orders. If their corruption continues, and he has talked the way he has about "powers he has not used", all those giving him problems may find themselves eliminated in a five minute signing session.Trump has, up until this point, only gathered the reasons he needs to do so.
