Update: Reg A+ Filing with SEC is underway with our Offering document finally ready to file next week! As promised, we will post a copy of the proof of filing. Also, we will do another Facebook live event, May 12th, with attendance from top shareholders, all key management and even a special message from our 16M funding partner, Carden Capital. The WRFX event will provide special announcements and company updates.
