Zenergy Brands (OTCQB: ZNGY) this morning announced that it has elected Joshua Campbell to its Board of Directors and has added Chris Crabtree, a veteran in the energy industry, to the company’s executive leadership team. Campbell has served Zenergy as its Senior Vice President of Operations since mid-2017 and will now transition into his new role as Senior Vice President of Administration & Planning. Zenergy’s compliance, regulatory filings, long-term planning, interactions with critical vendors, and some back-office roles will now be Campbell’s responsibilities. Crabtree, through his new role as Zenergy’s Senior Vice President of Operations, will be reporting directly to the CEO, effective June 1st. “I am very excited to welcome Mr. Chris Crabtree to Zenergy.
