11. PE ratio for companies in CRM space (cloud based, monthly recurring revenue through subscriptions), i.e. Salesforce PE ratio according to MorningStar is 707.2, the average for CRM 104.5.

13. Super conservative estimate of valuation based on only 100K subs with Oracle $10/sub= $1M/month, $12M/year
*O/S=156M but for purpose of example let's use fully diluted SS of 200M shares>>>>earning/shares based on $12M/year revenue, approx..06
PE ratio=104.5x.06=$6.27
14. Stock is grossly undervalued according to Rory and the people on the team that are working mostly for shares.

16. Why should we believe Rory? When the 1st version (beta) of the product was launched we needed projections for the people that loaned the company money. The testing proved that applications that you have to download was fading away and teh trend was towards cloud based applications. People/Companies don't want to download applications. nFUSZ is cloud based, you can use the platform anywhere on any device. Changing to a cloud based solution changed everything and took time. Cloud based application brought greater value to the company; we already have version 2.0 out there and integrated with Oracle.
17. Rich Bohn: goes into incredible depth on the technology, he's the foremost expert on CRM technology and he is coming out with the review, please be patient.

20. Oracle Netsuite has come up with new ways they want to use the product internally
21. Capital raising: We are now fully funded and debt-free. We can go for a year or more without raising any funds. Trying to uplist as quickly as possible. An announcement will be coming soon about who has been engaged to help with the uplisting. BOD search is ongoing.
22. VALUE CREATION, WANTS SHARES WORTH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR SHAREHOLDERS AND INSIDERS
23. We are trying to get as many users on the platform as possible, giving free trials, there will be referrals. Look for Q2 and Q3 to show the revenues.
24. notifiID being used teh same way MSFT did with hotmail, give it away and when they want more features they will sign up. notiifiID is global!
25. sub numbers: we are pitching clients that have extremely large users bases (100s of thousands, some millions). Making subscriber base public creates a position of weakness for the company. Notice AMZN just published their subscription numbers after years and years in business, they held those numbers for good reason.
BE PATIENT
26. The company has never ever been in a stronger position than right now, the future has never looked brighter than right now. Rory, " I couldn't possibly be more excited about the company than I am right now."
27. Do your own DD, make informed decisions. Do not allow people to scare you out of your shares.
