right??? I’m a small biz owner. I can tell you right now if someone emailed me 20 times they’d be a former customer. Especially if they then went and cried about it all over the internet. Does anyone think they aren’t checking in on these forums here and there?? Cmon. We need to Stop crying. Stop checking the pps every 5 min and remind ourselves that in the coming months we will be in a better position.
