MMs keep adding a small lot @ 0037 that keeps filling. They are sitting on 2.5mil @ 0038 currently...
Have to see how this plays out, they might not let it get to 004 before the IBR release so investors can get in.
There is however nothing above 0038 at the moment which could result in a big run if big buys eat up the 0038's..it seems so close....wishful thinking.
I'm completely speculating.
