"I won't sell at this price ,but would like to know what
"I won't sell at this price ,but would like to know what recourse we shareholders have besides selling."
Mr. Heddle probably has some assets which shareholders could go after.
However If you believe Mr. Heddle has acted in good faith but is merely incompetent then you will have no recourse. Even if you found a lawyer who believes, like I do, that Mr. Heddle is dishonest and is defrauding investors then you will just end up arguing with the lawyer.
Mr. Heddle's withholding of material information about the processor being out of commission could be charged as fraud but it's possible the statute of limitations ran out on that one.
The bottom line is that if you don't believe Mr. Heddle did anything dishonest then what kind of recourse would you want??
