The dark side? Sometimes we need to voice an opinion especially when it needs to be said. Way to many sheep followers and remember iron sharpens iron. Negative or positive we must always ask if the poster is true or not. Make no mistake I am here for the duration and in 2-3 months if no traction with getting financials in line with SEC compliance I will blow a gasket.
Getting upset in no way diminishes my belief this stock is a life changer/zip code changer. I like clean books and totally on the up and up. This brings institutional interest and had management done this earlier it is my belief we would have had much better financing deals. With that said and the management moves and deals announced it is obvious that management has taken action. The proof is in the pudding and I believe my concerns are being addressed and anyone with 1/2 a brain understands these concerns were legitimate.
As far as the direction management is heading in expansion they need no help. After listening to you about NJ requirements it becomes very logical to get involved as the numbers will be huge. As I have said Ca. really needs 5-8 location not 3-4s and if all expansion is temporarily focused their I believe it would add huge not only to the bottomline but credibility. However getting into NJ and the testing laws are probably beneficial to act now as it is close to NY. My motto is follow the money and right now it is apparent this is exactly why Lori was their and where they are heading.
PS Thanks for all you do as your contributions here are extraordinary and truly above and beyond like others as we actually had someone to go listen to Lori and report back to the board. Truly becoming a remarkable board here.
