That's not clear to me at all. What' clear is that they're continuing to reset the low and if you still think there's no NSS going on here, you're delusional. Why would trader gangs be interested in resetting the low constantly? All they care about is a trading range. You people who deny the NSS theory are either dense or a part of it.
