I'm sure shareholders are disappointed at the extension. That will change. In a few months optimism will return and the ridiculous rhetoric will once again pick up about short sellers running scared, about "NR" destroying the share price and about PTOI succeeding despite evil entities trying to bring down the company.
Again, you have the tools to figure out whether PTOI is a scam. Look at the price of scrap plastic and the theoretical best outcome: diesel. Calculate those virtually nil or negative margins and then determine how any expenses at all would make those results even worse.
The alternative is to continue to wait and trust that Mr. Heddle has your best interests in mind and is only withholding information about how well the processor works because he wants to surprise everyone with amazing wealth.
