In Sep - they filed financials for the first time in 15 years - two annual and 2 quarterlys. They aren't the full SEC filings. The 2 annuals (for 4/30/16 and 4/30/17) were audited. The other filings are not.
Soon after they filings in September they put out a new website. They just filed the unaudited 12/31/17 Annual last week.
The fins indicate very clean balance sheet, so looks a lot like a clean shell.
The Company has been very quiet, and it has had a fairly small share volume as the price continues to drift down. Right now around .004 - which is about a 500k mcap, but loook at that float! Some think there is selling to increase the float but there have only been 2 'big' volume days at around 7.5m shares - one was an up day. And no news to sell into, so I suspect the float has either not changed at all or only a small amount. The TOTAL volume since 9/30 is only around 40 million and you know a LOT if not all of that is retail flipping.
It's hard to imagine filing for the first time in 15 years without something bigger going on behind the scenes.
If and When something is announced this stock could really fly high.
