sad to say it's the OTC and they literally don't a rat's ass about these companies
the SEC is a paper tiger and has proven time and time again .. just how fungible OTC companies are to Non Retails' *interests*
that said .. nothing imo beats an educated retail investor understanding
why SMBs would be seeded and cycles of money would be worked
until they can't

yesterday i documented targeted trades (trades fed below bid showing) which per Finra can be done by NR .. this is why imo if every actual investor spent time watching live trades .. to see what is done and then tracked that *showing* vs what actually gets *reported* by those NR who *do* .. it's not too difficult to see what is being done and by whom .. it also is worth noting yesterday's efforts resulted in another plus 30% *markage* .. leaving just one *date* in weeks sub 30% ..
NR is so screwed on IPIX .. but it's been years in the making .. and imo mgmt is totally aware of what has been (and imo is being) done .. which is about 90% of this war

At some point in the past , was there not some type / kind of regulatory body that had some
type of oversight over trades such as these ? Anybody can take one look at this and see that
there is no good that can emanate from trading like this . And nowadays with modern electronic
trading systems , these egregious trades would stick out like the red flags that they are . It means
that money is being drained from us , and over time , I would suspect it would be a torrent .
