I commend Kugel for his sobering honesty to himself and others in his admitting that there is something wrong internal to PTOI, rather than railing against short sellers and evil entities who are supposedly trying to destroy PTOI. I believe his honesty on that front will serve him well going forward.
If nobody wants to buy a great product after a decade and PTOI doesn't even want to run this great product themselves then it's a safe assumption that the great product is a worthless product. However PTOI has been great at pointing blame at everything and everyone except the economic viability of the processor. That even includes blaming the weather for freeze damaged piping...did Mr. Heddle assume that winter wouldn't come to Niagara in 2013 causing him to decide to save money on heating the building??
