I think that most people here would not exaggerate to the level that Mr. Berman has. But then again most of us aren't running a public company where shares are the MAIN source of currency.
If you tell the truth in the beginning you don't have to try to remember the lies that you told. And your shareholders wouldn't be on your arse all the time.
I'm a shareholder in a private company. Our employees like us because we tell them the truth ALL the time, not just occasionally. I'm sure I'm not alone. Others here surely have the same experience.
Berman is the exception rather than the rule in most businesses. However in OTC land he is the rule rather than the exception.
Sad for shareholders who have to go thru this crap. Just follow thru with your promises and business is easy and everybody will like you. Amazing how that works.
