This board has done everything in it's power to create buying interest in this stock.
Berman has set the table for today or tomorrow for the big update. Another deadline fast approaching. He said the Cogosense deal SHOULD be closing on 4/30/18. I guess that leaves wiggle room for him not to meet that deadline because SHOULD doesn't mean GUARANTEED.
Do we repeat the 1/31/18 scenario or will it be different this time? This shareholder letter needs to be focused on distracted driving business and behind the scenes factors that affect the stock price (Delaware debt) and corporate structure. If Berman dedicates more than one sentence each to MJ and dental then he is more distracted than anyone.
Hopefully he recognizes that this may be his final chance to keep shareholders interested in his company.
