The only 'torment' is to Constitutional illiterates, like Diamondand Silk, and certain others, who misrepresent criticism as infringement of free speech.

Got it? Corporations and citizens are free to wail on their employees and upon each other constrained only by the libel laws.
Sad to say, DiamondandSilk are, like waaaay too many conservatives, educated beyond their intelligence, or maybe just a little short of it.
As for 'only smear who they fear'? Get that word to Trump and to the righty blogosphere, and especially to Alex Jones, Hannity, Limbaugh and their ilk.
