WAs there a bankruptcy or legal action between former majority owners? Was there an Arizona Corporation Commission hearing that resulted in some major fines? Was there a
technology' transfer that went awry (for lack of the technology being reproducible)? Did a former iteration of Pershing Resources have to buy back a large number of shares because of misleading technology? Did many former shareholders get their money back from a former iteration of Pershing Resources for improper stock sales/solicitation/representations? (APRIL 30)
