$PSGR Over the TWO PLUS DECADES of its existence, Pershing Resources and its FORMER iterations have experienced some interesting events. WAs there a bankruptcy or legal action between former majority owners? Was there an Arizona Corporation Commission hearing that resulted in some major fines? Was there a
technology' transfer that went awry (for lack of the technology being reproducible)? Did a former iteration of Pershing Resources have to buy back a large number of shares because of misleading technology? Did many former shareholders get their money back from a former iteration of Pershing Resources for improper stock sales/solicitation/representations? (APRIL 30)
For those of you who have either REFUSED to complete just a little due diligence /OR/ for those of you who have not researched the company beyond its current name, YOU WILL AMAZED at the number of SIMILAR occurrences over the TWENTY PLUS YEARS of its existence.
