I get that. I just don't follow. why would they need to use all the cash and issue all the shares of they are already in talks with them? I think they wouldn't have to use any of the cash.
And just curious why you are calculating it based on per user. If for instance this is a health service where they have 22M patients aka users. The health service would only pay one license fee for the service, no?
I mean 11B sounds much better than 11M lol
