pay attention 'HISTORY RHYMES' on charts MANY TIMES.
There has only been 2 times in ONCI chart history where the
pattern of the weekly candles have 'RHYMED' in the past
with the pattern they have formed in the past 4 weeks.
Namely a Strong weekly White Candle followed by two weeks of
consolidation that trades at least 1/2 above the low of the starter
weekly candle then another surging weekly White Candle.
1st time was from Mid Oct 2016 to Mid Nov 2016 and the
next 2 weeks ONCI rallied 200% higher before falling back
down. Remember ONCI had ZERO revenues back then
and still rallied up to .0045 higher than last Fridays close of .0036
2nd time was last wk July 2017 to last wk Aug 2017 and 3
weeks later the stock was 300% higher trading at 2017 highs
of .019+
The vast difference this time is ONCI is FAR FAR stronger
fundamentally to kick off a major rally than either of those last
2 times.
