I think the biggest problem with scrub hub is there are no rules. Oh, they have lots of words written down and are quick to whip out their generic answers and cut & paste them for us. The problem is that they are very "flexible" in their enforcement of their own TOS and thereby create multiple "sets of rules".

Once you have more than one set of rules, you really don't have any rules.
