A thought of mine on the other site. I know it’s speculation again but what do you all think?

If this company is the real deal, like many think it is, it is gonna be unconventional. Most of the OTC stocks are simple pump and dumps, which is why you would never see something like that happen. If UTOP is a serious player they are gonna want to lower the OS. What I described would be the most effective way to do so with limited resources. Mike said he had something in store Shareholders would like so just think about it..

1. Darryl invests money (unknown amount and definitely spent already as it was not on the Q)
2. Buy hundreds of millions of shares at .0001 and .0002 (possibly over a billion for less than 200k)
3. Pump the stock up (Announce Darryl and Owen, Go to CES, Talk about contracts)
4. As stock increases thousands of percent begin selling some shares back for huge profit (VERT and BMIC on the ask during February and March)
5. Reinvest earnings to pay for manufacturing, IR, R&D (Badically whatever a startup needs)
6. Use restricted shares to pay off old debts (As seen on last Q)
7. Sell phones to distributors and generate more income which is used to pay off debts and cancel restricted shares.
8. Retire remaining shares that you did not sell back into the market (Further lowering OS and thus increasing company value)
8. Ungag TA and show investors a much lower OS then anyone anticipated.

Wishful thinking. Definitely. A quality move by someone who planned this out in advance. Definitely possible.

Why did this conpany acquire a shell on the OTC instead of staying private? Those of us who think this is legit know that they have some tricks up their sleeves. They must have had a plan in place to do something. I’m just taking a swing at it. I’m likely wrong but if little ol me can think of a strategy like this I’m sure Owen and the gang can figure something out. If the company truly wants to uplist beginning 2019 they better have some tricks up their sleeves because if OS stays at 3.5 billion it’s gonna take lots of phones sold to get anywhere near the price they need. THEY SAID THEY ARE OUT OF STEALH MODE BUT I THINK THEY HAVE LOTS OF SECRETS LEFT TO BE UNCOVERED.
