Here is the original PR from when the mysterious Black Swan-MYDX partnership was first announced:

I'm pretty sure now that Black Swan Edibles is the same Black Swan as the one in the MYDX agreement. The CEO Jeff Lau, who signed the agreement, has some precision dessert making pages/sites listed in his FB favorites, which makes some sense if the guy runs a precision edibles company:
