It took me a while to catch up to the happenings. I am not always connected being in the middle east and all.
Safice it to say I am not at all surprised to hear that the SEC is not exactly policing its waters properly with regards to illicit activities.. They will have a chance at redemption here if they act accordingly to evidence (if any) presented before them. Let's face it, any authoritative group/gathering/organization should not be taken for face value with integrity in the 21st century.. To do so would be naive.
That being said, these are just my opinions. I am not a lawyer and do not pretend to understand everything going on here.
What I do know is that we longs have lost share value as of late. If this was due to illegal activities, I do not see why we would not be able to make a case against anyone convicted of these wrong doings against our investment from the most recent high till whenever this baby finds bottom.
