The deal got finalized is what I really care about and it was better terms than anyone was predicting. The people most up in arms about the PR are the ones that were banking on it for a quick flip. Those that are long in the stock, the deal being finalized and the attention notifiCRM got from all the Execs are better than a PR for me in the long run.
