Reminds me, yesterday at lunch, stopped at a fast food near the high school. Kids were out getting lunch...couple of girls walking across the parking lot heads down buried in their phones...one drops her phone, bends down to pick it up and is staring at it (must be looking for cracks)...meanwhile the car there is backing out of space, neither has any idea what's going on...she looks up just in time as the car is about to run her a$$ over...totally oblivious to the world around her. These are our future drivers. This is why the problem will not get better without mandated tech.
