What "agencies" are you referring too exactly? and you are giving assumptions.

"Which of course is why the word "cleared" was used?" Do you work for the SEC to know why they used the word cleared?
it's pretty "CLEAR" to me why they used that term. Simple..they are allowed to trade again. Any company that is fraudulent DOES NOT get that chance again.
the last PR should give you indication that in fact the 3 company's are "swell company's"
