make no mistake NR has *impacted* P2O since 2009 .. that said P2O under current CEO has always *filed* .. imo a filing will come .. what it reveals and when it occurs .. only mgmt knows .. asking ?s of this SMB is a fool's errand because no one here controls that info .. only whether they buy/sell or hold their PTOI *shares*
