Smarty, My only real concern has to do with the

My only real concern has to do with the company maintaining a sufficient price to not be giving our company away with either dilutive, or partnership actions in which massive financing is occurring at current prices. I don't believe that the company can operate for that much longer on the meager funds they have available and be able to do the trials they show us in their presentation. I believe the stock would be far higher if they were more open as to what they have in development, and I'd hate to see them raising millions where they're getting under $.25 a share for the stock they'd have to issue at a discount to make such a placement.
I'm an investor who doesn't fight the need for companies diluting to do what's needed to grow, what I don't like is such dilution occurring at times where the stock is clearly below what it should be worth. I have too often seen Institutions buy tens of millions worth of stock at substantial discounts shortly prior to positive news being announced that drove the stock higher. I don't like it when the MM's and Institutions get such favorable terms, but it seems like companies openly work with them, and reward them far more than individual shareholders are rewarded.
I don't want the company to act like a Pink that attempts to hype everything they do, but I also don't want the company to hide what they're doing to the point that shareprice suffers badly, especially when some sort of dilutive action should occur. I don't know when the company will do any serious fund raising, but hope that it's not until the share price is at least over $1.
