People should tune into one of the webinars and check out 2.0. I had a change to talk with Kurt yesterday evening about the technology. Where it's hosted, development team, technology stack, languages used, UI, scalability, redundancy, etc.
The questions I asked are questions Oracle or other customers with a IT team would. I won't go into any of the details, but I walked away with the knowledge that this was a great product built from the ground up, on a rock solid platform that can quickly scale as needed.
