On 5/7 Judges have 10 days to decide
Could have a decision on 5/17/18 sooner or later.
This is not a difficult case. Was it or wasn't the dismissal on the grounds of alice 101 a misapplication of law?
Remember just 1 claim is contested #53 on 101 abstract.blah blah blah.
Judges have been overturning moronic lower court judges mis application of 101 left and right. Recent SCOTUS judgments further galvanize SFORs patent. Previous USPTO/PTAB 's decisions that validated SFORs patent is constitutionally supported.
