nobody says one has to hold for any length of time. that is the process because it takes money and cooperation to relist a stock on a higher exchange after suspension. The suspension doesn't mean a company is fraudulent. It is a penalty for non compliance with SEC regulation. But like the law...SEC is not perfect and there is plenty of corruption within all 3. the company's the SEC and the law.
So if patience isn't one's thing..then one can sell their shares if they please. You can see people are willing to buy them.
