i think that's why we went down yesterday. peeps were expecting the s/h update y-day.... i believe the delay of the s/h update will be worth it. the name change has to occur soon. he and his lawyer are already late in my book but it is insignificant with my timeline (i'll be here for the buyout) but still annoying. i hate the word "soon".
